About Emily
Life can sometimes feel confusing, overwhelming, and exhausting, especially when everything seems to be happening at once. I offer a calm, kind, non-judgemental and compassionate space where you can feel heard, accepted, and understood. Together, we work at your pace to help you make sense of your experiences and find ways forward that feel right for you. You don’t have to navigate it all on your own.
I’m an integrative counsellor, which means I draw from a variety of therapeutic approaches to meet the unique needs of each individual client. The techniques and methods I use are tailored specifically to you, depending on what feels most supportive and helpful in each moment. Sessions tend to develop organically, allowing us to go with the flow of what arises naturally. This flexible and intuitive way of working supports genuine exploration and deeper self-understanding.
Together, we can look at how your past experiences, unconscious patterns, and relationship dynamics may be influencing how you think, feel, and respond in the present. As these deeper layers come into awareness, you can begin to understand yourself more fully and create meaningful shifts in your life. Having someone alongside you to support, reflect, and gently guide you as you make sense of your own story can be a deeply transformative experience.

Booking/Cancellations
My sessions are either online or face to face.
If you’re considering counselling, we can begin with a 20 minute initial telephone or online conversation. This gives us a chance to see if we would be a good fit together and gives me an idea of what you are looking for.
From there we can arrange a first session to begin exploring what you’d like to focus on.
Sessions are 50 minutes long and cost £55. Please make payments via bank transfer before the session or on the same day. I ask that you please give 24 hours’ notice if unable to attend the session or you will still be charged.
