If you are looking to speak to a therapist, please let us know whether the appointment is for you or someone else, and include your name and contact details.
It is also useful if you can provide a brief description of what you are looking for support with, and which times or days are most convenient for you to attend appointments.
However, if you prefer, you can phone us, but please be aware that our phone is not constantly monitored.
If no-one is available to take your call, please leave your name, number and some convenient times for us to call you back and we will endeavour to do so.
We know counselling can be a daunting prospect, and there is no such thing as a daft question!

Thatcham Counselling Service is on Chapel St (the A4). This is served by the Jet Black 1 bus between Newbury and Reading. London Road Chapel bus stop is 100m from the practice. You can find the timetable here
If you are travelling by car please note that unfortunately we do not have parking on site for clients.
Therefore, if you are coming by car, please park in one of the areas listed below. Please DO NOT park in the Bluecoat School car park directly over the road.
The car park on Harts Hill Road (Free, 2mins walk from the practice)
Thatcham Broadway (5mins walk from the practice)
Kingswalk / Waitrose (5mins walk from the practice - fee refundable with purchase from Waitrose)
Laybys opposite the practice
Roadside parking on local residential streets - please be respectful of local residents and their properties.
