About Jack

Hi, I’m Jack, a qualified Psychotherapeutic Counsellor for adults. I offer a warm, supportive and non-judgemental space to explore your experiences and emotions, helping you develop a deeper understanding of yourself and move towards meaningful change.

I am dedicated to supporting individuals navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, anger, relationship difficulties, identity exploration, LGBTQ+ matters, and the pressures of modern life. I also have a particular interest in working with men's issues.

I work in a person-centred experiential way. This means I offer a safe, non-judgmental space where your feelings and experiences are deeply valued.

In our sessions, I pay close attention to what is happening for you in the present moment - your emotions, bodily sensations, and inner experiences - because I believe these hold valuable clues to your well-being. I trust that healing, growth, and self-understanding naturally emerge when you feel genuinely heard, accepted, and supported.

I am UKCP-accredited, which means I adhere to the highest professional and ethical standards to provide you with a safe, confidential, and trustworthy space.
